  Format can convert most trapezoidal or sinusoidal insulated profiled panels to form mitred corners.

Aluminium and steel precoated materials are suitable in most profiles with foam or mineral wool insulation.

Jointing methods have been developed to achieve an excellent finish on either side of the composite construction.

38 mm deep trapezoidal profile 90° external corners produced from plastisol coated steel sheets with 60 mm thick PU insulation, with 400 mm and 1000 mm odd leg configuration.
